- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

3. Add the asparagus, snow peas, spring onions, red capsicum, baby corn, and shiitake mushrooms to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
