Any request for the return of seed or products must be made within 14 days of delivery to info@kingsseeds.co.nz
Returned seed or products will only be accepted if unopened and in the same condition as when supplied and a record of your purchase can be found
The customer shall pay all costs in relation to return of the seed or products unless it is deemed a warranty issue.

Kings Seeds should be notified as soon practical of any issues with the performance of seed or products to info@kingsseeds.co.nz
Where seed or products haven’t performed to standard within 12 months of purchase, Kings Seeds will replace or refund the seed or products.
Kings Seeds may at our discretion and cost request the return of the seed or products.
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall apply for retail purchases of seed or products.
