Green Salad & Almonds


Green Salad & Almonds

  • Serving size: Makes 5 x 1 cup serves


  • 1 large (or 2 small) heads broccoli cut into florets
  • 50g baby spinach
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • ½ t salt
  • 3 T sesame oil
  • ½ c sliced almonds


Cook the broccoli in some boiling water for around 4 minutes or until just soft.
Combine vegetables and salt in a bowl and mix gently.
Put in serving dish or on plates and garnish with sesame oil and almonds.
Great with a curry!
