Wild Green Salad
Ingredients
- ½ head Iceberg lettuce
- 2 leaves kale
- 1 large carrot
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 large avocado
- 6 radishes
- 20 nasturtium flowers
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Wash and slice the lettuce and kale into 2cm strips.Chop all the other vegetables into cubes approximately 2cm.
Combine vegetables in a bowl and mix gently.
Garnish with the nasturtiums.
Note: Wash your greens in cold water and dry in a spinner or shake well before using to give them a burst of life and freshness.
