Wild Green Salad


Wild Green Salad


  • ½ head Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1 large carrot
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 large avocado
  • 6 radishes
  • 20 nasturtium flowers
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Wash and slice the lettuce and kale into 2cm strips.
Chop all the other vegetables into cubes approximately 2cm.
Combine vegetables in a bowl and mix gently.
Garnish with the nasturtiums.
Note: Wash your greens in cold water and dry in a spinner or shake well before using to give them a burst of life and freshness.
