HOW CAN I PURCHASE JUST 1 or 2 PACKETS OF SEED? Do I have to spend $15?
If you're ordering online, then the minimum order no longer applies!
You can now order a single packet - please be aware that standard handling charges will apply.
If you're unable to order online:
Send an SAE (Stamped Self Addressed Envelope) along with your order and payment (standard postage stamps please) and we’ll post the seed to you by return.
Some Points to remember when using this method:
- Your SAE will travel through the post office sorting machines. One standard postage stamp will only cover a standard letter thickness. If you try to fit more in this envelope, you may not receive it as it is quite likely that NZ Post will treat it as underpaid. Better to put 3 standard postage stamps to ensure delivery if you are ordering several packets.
- This method is not recommended for single packets of bulky seeds (for example beans, peas, pumpkin) as they tend to be crushed when put through the rollers of the sorting machines.
- We take all care but no responsibility for seed sent in this way.
- Does not apply to wholesale seed orders.
HOW CAN I ORDER LARGER BULK PACKS OF SEED?
Send an email or give us a call and we can arrange this for you. If you think you may order bulk items regularly, we'll send you our wholesale price list.
DO I GET A DISCOUNT FOR BUYING IN BULK?
HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT AS A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER?
Our requirement is that three wholesale orders are placed in every 6 month period to warrant opening an account to allow credit terms. However, wholesale packs are available to any customer - we just require payment prior to dispatch. Read about becoming a Commercial Customer here
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR MORE THAN 10kg?
Email, fax or phone your order to us and we will process this for you manually instead as we need to calculate the handling. Alternatively, you can place several orders, ensuring they are under 10kg each and you will be charged the standard handling for each order. This is sometimes the cheapest option particularly if you are a South Island customer.
