A useful member of the Mint family with a wide range of applications. Valuable as a tea with a spearmint like flavour, it aids digestion while traditionally it was recommended for soothing fevers and headaches. The dried plant material makes great potpourri or can be used to repel fleas, moths and mice from indoors.
