Delivery

Courier delivery by NZ Post.

Delivery available only to valid New Zealand addresses.

The appropriate delivery charge will be applied at checkout. For orders weighing over 50kg POA.

Delivery charges are subject to change without notice.

You can track the status of your shipment via the link provided in your Shipping Confirmation email or by logging into your account online.

Pick Up

Seed can only be collected from our warehouse at 189 Wharawhara Rd, Katikati

Select Pick up at the checkout.

Pick up does not apply for collection at any Kings Seeds stockists
nationwide.

Check Your Address

Returns

Seed or products can only be returned with authorisation from Kings Seeds.

Any request for the return of seed or products must be made within 14 days of delivery to info@kingsseeds.co.nz

Returned seed or products will only be accepted if unopened and in the same condition as when supplied and a record of your purchase can be found

The customer shall pay all costs in relation to return of the seed or products unless it is deemed a warranty issue.

Warranty

Kings Seeds should be notified as soon practical of any issues with the performance of seed or products to info@kingsseeds.co.nz

Where seed or products haven’t performed to standard within 12 months of purchase, Kings Seeds will replace or refund the seed or products.

Kings Seeds may at our discretion and cost request the return of the seed or products.

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall apply for retail purchases of seed or products.

Customer Responsibility

The customer shall itself determine whether the items are suitable for the intended cultivation and whether they can be used under local circumstances.

Significant variations may occur in the performance of seed or products due to a range of conditions including cultural/management practices, climate, soil type and geographic location.

Descriptions, information and advice provided are to be used as a guide only to assist customers.

Digital Gift Card

Digital Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Multiple purchases can be made until the balance reaches $0.00.

Purchase of a Digital Gift Card does not qualify you for our Free Packet offer. This is applied when the recipient redeems the gift card.

Catalogue

Kings Seeds produces an annual catalogue detailing our range of seeds and products available for purchase.

To receive the catalogue mailed free each year you must:

  • be registered with Kings Seeds
  • have a validated NZ Post address recorded on your profile
  • spend a minimum of $50 annually excluding delivery charges

Alternately a catalogue can be added to your cart when shopping online with Kings Seeds. Delivery charges will apply.

Orders placed online will be processed in priority to email or phone orders.

Orders placed using the order form are not eligible for free packets.
