Description

Plain leaf parsley is one of the compulsory plants to have in your herb garden with young replacements coming on to replace those you've steadily cut to bits. It has a milder taste and softer leaf than curled parsley and is ideal in salads, soups, scones, as a garnish, in sauces, the list goes on. Parsley is a biennial going to seed naturally in its second season but hot dry weather also causes it to bolt. Sow a few plants every month for a continuous year round harvest, in a spot with humus rich well drained soil.

Matures 75 days from transplant.
