Description

Unique dark purple Kimchi cabbage especially bred for pickling the leaves. A semi-heading type with oval shaped leaves that have a taste somewhere between pak choi and chinese cabbage. Also very useful as a fresh baby leaf in salads, especially in the cooler months when the colour intensifies. 

Matures 60 days from transplant.
