A compact Canton Pak Choi with thick broad milky white petioles (stems) and glossy dark green leaves highly sought after in Asian cuisine. Harvest the whole plant and serve as a mini vegetable, stir fried or sautéed. Early maturing, heat tolerant and ready to harvest 35 days from sowing, it's excellent for a continuous sowing from late spring through to early autumn. Best harvested at baby stage before a flower bud appears.
