Endive Ruffec Green
Introduced prior to 1865. A large open habit rosette, often 45cm in diameter, having very deeply indented and curly leaves with thick very tender large crisp ribs. The inner leaves blanch easily to Creamy white inside the dense deep heart. Can also be boiled or steamed.
Maturity 60 days from transplant.
