French Parsley. One of the fine herbs of French cooking, it is grown for its subtle anise flavoured leaves. It is a member of the Parsley family and its fern-like curled leaves are used to improve any dish in which Parsley is used, especially raw in salads, as well as being used as a garnish. Plants prefer a cool growing season and will run to seed quickly in hot weather.
