A highly productive and early maturing versatile tomato that embodies Italian cuisine.  Costoluto refers to the distinct flattened heavily ribbed shape of this heirloom from Florence.  The 10cm wide by 4cm tall fruit are juicy and flavourful for slicing and making sauce but really shine when slow roasted or cooked. Indeterminate.
