Cress Moss Curled
Pepper Grass. Popular in salads, sandwiches, as a garnish, or mixed with Mustards and other greens, its Pepper flavoured leaves adding an agreeable flavour. Typically grown indoors in flat trays. The growing method is the same as white Mustard, but as Cress is slower germinating than Mustard it should be sown 3 days earlier, if the two are to be ready together. Sow thickly.
Matures 30 days from direct sowing.
