Description
Non-heading Chinese Cabbage / Tah Tsai. An easily grown green with spoon-shaped dark green glossy leaves, suitable for stir-fry dishes, soups, salads, or boiling with meat or other vegetables. Can be sown from spring through to autumn. Plants grow erect under high temperatures, but show a prostrate habit under lower temperatures. Especially suited for winter growing with excellent cold resistance.
Matures 55 days from transplant.
