Description

Pronounced Halapeno.  Very popular thick walled medium heat chilli pepper that is commonly picked at the green unripe stage.  Typically the plant is a metre tall with approximately 25 to 35 fruit 5-9cm long that will eventually ripen to red.  The heat level can vary from mild to hot depending on ripeness and growing conditions.  Picking a plant encourages it to set more fruit.

Maturity 80 days from transplant.
