Description


A prolific mini butternut with a sweet nutty flavour and high dry matter flesh. Cut in half and baked, these 15cm beauties are among the tastiest roast vegetables. The fruit are initally dark green when immature and ripen to a deep orange tan colour. Fruit store for up to 6 months. Resistant to powdery mildew.

Maturity 110 days from transplant.
