Description


Classic Italian white kidney bean made famous in Minestrone soup and often found canned. The beans taste mildly nutty, a creamy smooth texture which stays firm and whole when cooked slowly. The large plants are very productive with 15cm plump pods that can be harvested in 80 days when they turn a yellowish green and the beans are large and greenish white.

Maturity 80 days from direct sowing.
