Actually a White Sprouting Broccoli but traditionally called Cauli Greens because you eat the leaves that circle the white floret, the floret itself and the stalk. Early and prolific, you can be eating it mid winter to early spring. Pick the central spear when first harvesting to encourage side shoots. Best steamed to help retain all the vitamins.

Matures 65 days from transplant.
