Pea Petit Provencal
French Heirloom. Classic petit pois type that is harvested at a young stage, flowering in only 40 days and edible usually around 55 days from planting. The peas are small, green, sweet and tender. Young tendrils are equally tasty. Can also be treated like a snow pea flat pod and added to green salads or cooked in stir fry. Cold hardy plants.
Maturity 55 days from direct sowing.
