Organic Radish White Daikon
DescriptionPopular long white Japanese radish ideal for eating fresh or for pickling. The cylindrical tapered roots can be up to 30cm or more long and grow best when sown in the late summer and early autumn months. Sow directly into deep and friable, well drained soil with a pH range of 5.8 to 6.8. Thinning seedlings out to 10-15cm apart will allow the roots to develop to a decent size.
Matures 55 days from direct sowing.
