Broccoli Sprouting Winter Rudolph
Description
Beautiful deep purple florets on good sized green stems that are sweet and tender, on large framed plants. Sow from mid summer onwards. Plants produce over a harvest period of 3-5 weeks so sowings every 3-4 weeks will increase the season. Harvest the florets when they are mini-sized and lightly steam or microwave to maintain the wonderful purple colour. Prefers fertile heavy soil types.
Matures 80 days from transplant.
