Broccoli Chinese Gai Lan
Known as either Chinese Broccoli or Chinese Kale, it's a leafy stem vegetable harvested whole just as the small flower heads start to form. Tastes great in a stir fry or lightly steamed as you would beans or asparagus but can also be eaten raw. Easy to grow even through summer. Make successive sowings every 2-3 weeks.
Matures 30 days from Transplant.
