Description


A prolific climbing yellow podded Snow Pea. Best eaten as a flat podded mange tout before strings develop but can be left to mature to harvest the flat sweet flavoured peas. This pre 1860s Indian heirloom will grow vigorously to 2m and has attractive purple flowers which are also edible and equally useful as a colourful garnish. Long harvest window. Best treated as a spring crop sown continuously from mid August until late September.

Maturity 60 days from direct sowing.
