Cress American Upland
Very similar to Watercress but much easier to grow. A Rosette of dark green, glossy, rounded leaves. The young leaves make a slightly bitter substitute for Watercress in sandwiches and salads or can be steamed for a few minutes and used as a vegetable. Very slow to bolt and longstanding.
Matures 50 days from direct sowing.
