Chilli Habanero Red

NZ $3.95

Description

One of the hottest peppers, Habanero Red has brilliant red fruit and an intense fiery heat. A selection of Habanero Red has previously held the record for the hottest Chilli known by the Guinness Book of Records at over 500,000 Scoville heat units. For comparison, Tabascos rate at between 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville units. This record has now been surpassed but the heat challenge remains! Plants grow to 100cm tall with large leaves and do best in areas with long hot summers.

Maturity 80 days from transplant.
