Description

Dow-Gauk-Asparagus Bean / Long black or red seeded. A popular Oriental stringless Bean with a delicious, mildly sweet flavour different from green Beans. The Beans will grow 65-100cm long but pick them when they are young and tender at approximately 40cm long. Plants can grow high so you'll need to support them with a trellis or fence. They do best in warm rich soil in areas with a long growing season and hot summers.

Matures 90 days from direct sowing.
