Pea Shiraz

Description

Purple podded mange tout (eat all) snow pea.  As the seeds inside are exceptionally slow to develop, the colourful pods remain flat and tender and can be eaten raw or used as a stir fry addition.  An added bonus are the beautiful two tone purple and pink flowers which can also be eaten or used as a garnish if you want to forgo the pods.
