Squash Jaune et Verte
DescriptionBeautiful French heirloom scalloped summer squash with a creamy yellow skin and contrasting deep green radial streaks if left to fully mature. Regarded as one of the finest tasting scallopini, they are best harvested and eaten young at a 7cm diameter before the streaks colour up. Cook them as you would zucchini or leave them to mature so you can stuff and bake them. Bushy compact plants are prolific producers if regularly harvested.
