Description

Classic French Heirloom ribbed beefsteak with firm scarlet-red meaty flesh. Selected by Vilmorin many years ago, it's regarded as one of the best tasting large tomatoes . The plants produce early, the fruit stores well once picked and it is tolerant to both hot and cool weather. A semi determinate plant habit sees it growing to 170cm high with 50cm spread.

Matures 80 days from transplant.
