Organic Okra Burgundy
Okra is a warm weather tropical annual with ribbed fleshy delicately flavoured seed pods in the same family as the garden Hibiscus. It is widely used in Southern USA in Gumbo or Okra soup and dishes with rice. It appears in Indian cooking and in the Middle East. This productive Okra features large flashy burgundy-red tender pods. A good choice for short season gardeners.
