DescriptionTraditional North American Indian corn with blood red and dark red striped kernels. Edible fresh as a not-so-sweet sweetcorn but more suitable for drying and grinding into a coarse flour or hanging in bunches with the husks pulled back as a funky dried cob. Generally 2 cobs per plant.
