DescriptionCrisp and juicy. Everyones favourite bean for sprouting. Rich in Vitamins A, B1, B6, B17 and C, calcium, iron, selenium and zinc while preventing the absorption of some dietary cholesterol and keeping a healthy intestine. A clean seed to sprout using the jar method. Soak for up to 4 hours the first time then rinse 2-3 times daily. Best sprouted in the dark to encourage long sprouts.
