DescriptionAn ancient herb also known as Wild Celery, Black Lovage and Horse Parsley (horses love it). Traditionally it was found in most medieval gardens and is naturalised around coastal England. The entire plant can be eaten including the leaves, stems and roots with a taste somewhere between celery and parsley. Resembling an angelica, it can grow to 1.5 meters tall.
