Description
Elegant stems of Lupin-like flowers with bluish green foliage that bloom from late spring to early summer. Ornamental black seed pods give its alternate name of Rattlebush. Hardy, drought resistant and long lived. Useful cut flower and border plant. Scarify seed by nicking with a knife or lightly sandpaper one end of seed. Pre soak for 24 hours. Plant out after last frosts.
Maturity second season from transplant.
