Known as Chinese Bellflower, Chinese Lanterns or Flowering Maple. The Abutilon shrub has numerous bright flowers resembling a hollyhock/hibiscus cross in shades of orange, red or yellow. The plants are bushy and make great tub or border plants. Best sown in late spring in most areas.
