HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED? HOW DO YOU SEND ORDERS?
We will process and dispatch your order on the same day that we receive it. However, during the peak season orders may be delayed until the following day because of heavy demand. To speed up the process please ensure that you complete your address as thoroughly as possible. Use your postcode if you know it and ensure that you advise your Rural Delivery Number if you have one. You can find your postcode by visiting the following site www.nzpost.co.nz
and entering your details in the Address and Postcode Finder. We use Non-Signature CourierPost packs or NZ Post Parcel post. We make the decision when packing your order, depending on the bulk of your order and whether you are rural delivery. The Express delivery option will always ensure your order is sent by non-signature courier, even if you are rural delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We pride ourselves on dispatching your order as quickly as possible. All orders received first thing each morning (Internet orders are printed around 8am each week day) are processed that day for post or courier pick up that afternoon.

DO YOU SEND TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
Yes, we use CourierPost and the tickets we use are all non-signature which allows us to do this.
WHAT IS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET MY ORDER?
If you phone us in the morning, and provide credit card details, we can usually dispatch same day. The only time this may not be possible is during our very busy spring season, but even then, it would be dispatched the very next day.
CAN I TRACE MY ORDER?
Not online but if you Contact Us
we will be able to let you know the status of your order. Please remember that we aim to dispatch
your order within 24 hours of receiving it. This does not mean that your order will be delivered
in 24 hours - although if you are lucky it could be!!
NB: If you have not received your order within 7 days, please let us know. If your parcel has gone astray, it may become necessary to make a claim for compensation and this must be done within 14 days of dispatch. We cannot guarantee replacement of your order if this 14 day time frame is exceeded.
WHAT IF SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
We make every attempt to be 100% accurate with your orders but sometimes, hey, we're human and make mistakes. We are only too happy to correct these errors as soon as we hear about them but we do ask that you check your order as soon as you receive it and inform us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
