Green Salad & Almonds
- Serving size: Makes 5 x 1 cup serves
- 1 large (or 2 small) heads broccoli cut into florets
- 50g baby spinach
- 1 avocado cubed
- ½ t salt
- 3 T sesame oil
- ½ c sliced almonds
Cook the broccoli in some boiling water for around 4 minutes or until just soft.
Combine vegetables and salt in a bowl and mix gently.
Put in serving dish or on plates and garnish with sesame oil and almonds.
Great with a curry!
