Check Out or Shopping Cart Problems?

I AM ENTERING MY CORRECT POSTCODE BUT THE MESSAGE TELLS ME IT IS INVALID!

Check which delivery method has been selected for your order – this can sometimes be by default.  If Express Delivery is selected, the postcode needs to correspond correctly to either the North or South Island.  Choosing ‘Standard’ delivery will work for any postcode.
 

MY LOGIN & PASSWORD ARE NOT WORKING!

As these are both case sensitive, ensure you are typing any capitals and lower case letters correctly. Take extra care with any spacings or numbers entered.

WHY DOESN'T THE CHECK OUT BUTTON APPEAR? I can’t check out!

Check that the items in your shopping cart total over $15, BEFORE handling is added.  If they don't, you will need to add more items until you reach this minimum amount.  Then the button will appear.
OR The total weight of your order may exceed the maximum 5kg for the website.
 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR MORE THAN 5KG?

Email, fax or phone your order to us and we will process this for you manually instead as we need to calculate the handling.  Alternatively, you can place several orders, ensuring they are under 5kg each and you will be charged the standard handling for each order. This is sometimes the cheapest option particularly if you are a South Island customer.
 

WHY IS AN ITEM I HAVE ADDED TO MY SHOPPING CART NOT APPEARING IN THE CART?

This item is probably out of stock – you can check by finding the item via the Search Box on the Home Page - it will tell you if it is out of stock next to the quantity box OR check that you have typed the correct catalogue code into the cart.
 

WHY IS THE CHARGE SAYING $10 WHEN THE PRICE IS DIFFERENT IN THE CATALOGUE?

Some items are available in larger pack sizes - this includes all Seeds for Sprouting, Microgreens and the Field Selection.  You are not able to order these using the Quick Order function as this confuses the system. Instead, search for these items via the Search Box on the Home Page, click on the image to display the full details and when they appear, click on the little down arrow to select the size you require from the drop down box.
 

WHAT IS THE QUICK ORDER FUNCTION?

This takes you directly to the shopping cart where you can add your items by catalogue code.  See point above for ordering larger pack sizes.
 

HOW DO I FIND AN ITEM AND ADD IT TO THE SHOPPING CART?

Find the item via the Search Box on the Home Page or by searching the Categories under Shop Online, then just click on ‘Add to cart’, changing the quantity if you want to order more than one packet
OR
click on the picture of the item and click on ‘Add to cart’, changing quantity if you want more than one packet
OR
If you have the hard copy catalogue, go to the Shopping Cart via the Quick Order Function and add each item by catalogue four digit code (SKU).
 

HOW DO I GET TO THE SHOPPING CART TO SEE WHAT I HAVE ORDERED?

Click on the little picture of the shopping cart at the top right hand corner of your screen.

HOW DO I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT EACH ITEM? HOW MANY SEEDS ARE IN EACH PACKET?

Find the item via the Search Box on the Home Page.  When the item is displayed, click on the picture to see full details for that item including price, seed count per packet (which vary considerably) and sowing information.
