Arugula Italian Wild Rustic

• Botanical Name: Diplotaxis tenuifolia/muralis

Spicy salad green, great for cut and come again leaf harvesting. Similar in taste to the cultivated Rocket but much slower to bolt with deep lobed or indented dark green leaves. Sometimes described as perennial by nature, in our climate this tends to be more annual. However, lifespan can be lengthened through shading and keeping it evenly watered and cool over summer.
