Lettuce Buttercrunch

• Botanical Name: Lactuca sativa

Tasty, slow bolting Bibb type. Buttercrunch forms a small, open but tightly bunched 15cm rosette, fan-shaped rather than round. The leaves are very dark green and the small compact heads blanch to an appetising yellow colour. Very tender, known for its crisp, crunchy texture and stays non bitter. Slow bolting and grows all year round. (28 days baby leaf - 46 days maturity)
