Endive Pancalieri Fine Cut

• Botanical Name: Cichorium endivia

Attractive large dark green endive with finely cut lacy leaves, delicately crispy ribs and a creamy heart. Excellent in combination with lettuce salads having a mild nutty flavour. Large plant gives plenty of volume and is very useful for baby leaf or microgreen cutting. Like lettuce prefers cool weather but is easy to grow.
