Mustard Salad White

• Botanical Name: Brassica alba

Delicious in salads and sandwiches this crop takes up little space and within a very few days it produces a healthy nutritious and vitamin rich salad food. Sow seeds thickly in rows approximately 25cm apart in any good garden soil or indoors in any suitable tray or pot. Sow seed thickly but do not cover. Once germination has taken place, the crop is ready in 7-10 days.
