Mustard Giant Red
- Botanical Name: Brassica juncea
This is a Japanese type of Mustard which has large savoyed leaves which are Maroon with Chartreuse undersides. Winter hardy and slow to bolt this Mustard makes especially good pickle, or cook in standard ways. Very young leaves or the whole seedling may be harvested for colourful additions to salads.
