• Botanical Name: Raphanus sativus acanthiformis

All Seasons. Well adapted to all-year-round sowing, this variety can be sown any time except areas in which winter temperatures drop below freezing. A very slow bolting variety with a pure white root 25-35cm long and 5cm in diameter tapering uniformly to a sharp tip. The root is tender, crisp, and rather pungent. (55 days)
