• Botanical Name: Beta vulgaris var crassa

A completely white Beetroot with the regular sweet flavour of red beetroot. Great novelty gourmet item and juices wont stain either. Try grated raw mixed with sour cream and horseradish sauce. Round to slightly conical white roots mature in 55 days from sowing.
