Zucchini Florence Long Ribbed
- Botanical Name: Cucurbita pepo
Popular Italian ribbed zucchini often harvested with the flower attached. Also known as Lunga di Toscana. Longer and thinner than Costata Romanesco, it has a similar cylindrical ribbed shape green in colour with lighter stripes and a nutty taste with a creamy texture.
