Squash Waltham Butternut

• Botanical Name: Cucurbita moschata

All American Selections Winner. Sweet orange flesh with a buff coloured skin on vigorous vines yielding 4-5 fruit each that are 1-3kg. Can be harvested when young and used like a summer Squash that can be stored for 3 months and longer. Compared to regular Butternut this selection has many advantages: highly uniform fruit shape, larger fruit size, better storage ability, and higher yield with less crooks and nubs.
