Pumpkin Amish Pie
- Botanical Name: Cucurbita maxima
Rare Heirloom pumpkin cultivated by the Amish gardeners in the mountains of Maryland, USA. Looks a lot like Thelma Sanders Sweet Potato but without the narrow neck. The oval slightly pointed pumpkin matures to have an orange tan skin with thick orange flesh that is sweet and moist. Expect 2 or 3 fruit per vine weighing up to a massive 30kg each. (100-120 days)
