Watermelon Tendersweet Orange

• Botanical Name: Citrullus lanatus

Very sweet and flavourful crisp orange fleshed watermelon. The elongated fruit has a dark green skin with lighter green stripes, a tough rind and can weigh up to 15kg. Best grown vigorously during the summer months in a humus rich sunny position, maturing in 100 days from sowing.
